    Abstract/Description
This document presents the report of the implementation of PICSA methodology in the municipalities of Betéitiva, Busbanzá, Corrales and Tasco, in the department of Boyacá. The systematization of the process, the steps and activities carried out, results and lessons learned are included. The structure of the intervention is documented based on the document by Dorward et al., 2017. The results in this report seek to contribute to the existing literature in the field of participatory integrated climate services. The implementation began with the maps of resource allocation of each farmer (current & dreamed), agro-climatic calendars, followed by the importance and analysis of climate information and forecasts. Then, the agricultural options and adaptation measures were generated, comparing them and carrying out a process of prioritization with participatory budgets, which culminated with an individual election, based on the seasonal forecast for the quarter of September-November 2019.
