Notes
The Bureau for Exchange and Distribution of Information on Mini-Livestock (BEDIM). with financial assistance from CTA, produces a twice-yearly bulletin on information on mini-livestock.
In the current issue (Volume 3, No. 1, 1994) the editor states that the bulletin receives many letters asking for assistance and more information on the subject of mini-livestock. As a result he would appreciate it if those interested in the subject would inform the Editor-in Chief of any fact, event or document either published, or about to be published, in order to facilitate the exchange of information.
Some of the subjects covered in the current issue include: traditional capture and consumption of cricetoma in Zaire; infrastructures for rearing manure worms; getting started in butterfly ranching; and a review of literature on some of the subjects covered.
