CGIAR 5th Fund Council Meeting July 6-8, 2011: Summary Report of Meeting

Abstract

Summary report of the 5th Fund Council meeting held in Washington, DC July 6-8, 2011. The meeting focused on reports by: the Consortium Board Chair, the CGIAR Fund Trustee, financial results and updates by the Consortium, presentations and approvals on CRPs 3.1, 1.3, 5, 3.7, 4, 3.4, and 2. The meeting also included a discussion on the establishment of the Independent Evaluation Arrangement (IEA)and the CGIAR's guiding principles on management of intellectual assets.
